The Cycle Race

The group of cyclists went racing along the road. They were wearing nice warm sporty  clothes. There was freezing cold snow. The  cars were quickly following them.

They all want to come first.The cars were following them so no one gets hurt. The white snow followed them too the finish line. They were in different lines so they could overtake people. They were so exited that they were hot and puffed.

Diwali in India by Devya

We Indians celebrate a special day called Diwali because its the Indian new year

Diwali starts in mid October and ends in early November.

We sing and dance and play a Indian game called Dhandia .

For Diwali we make Indian sweets. we put up lights and decorate our houses.

We eat Indian food for the good of people

 THEY COLLECT NECTAR

A bee is really helpful because they go around from flower to flower collecting pollen from flowers to make honey for people to eat and sell in shops they are cool. from flower



THEY MOVE NECTAR

When they go to their second flower they put nectar on the other flower

In spring baby chicks start to hatch out of their eggs.
 We put twelve eggs into an incubator.The eggs need to be in the incubator for 21 days incubators the  incubater has a bulb to keep it warm and a water tray so the eggs do not dry out.  On the 21st day the eggs start to hatch. And the baby chicks look really cute
